how to maintain elements


To maintain entries to employees:


Navigator: XXXX payroll expert…> human Resource ….> Enter and maintain employees:

Change Date: yes ->
Date? Be the date on which the hr hire the employee then ok
Enter employee number or full name ->find:


-> Click on Assignment :


Payroll…..>XXX payroll
Salary basis …click and choose from LOV …..> save


Click Entries To enter elements

eg.
Basic salary to permanent staff
Tax
Pension EMPLOYEE
Pension employer

Then save and close element window
